A classic Belgian-style witbier brewed with orange peel and coriander. The expressive Belgian yeast was allowed to ferment under stressful conditions, lending notes of banana and a hint of bubblegum to compliment the gentle wheat tang, mellow spice, and subtle finish of fresh oranges. Crisp and light bodied with a gentle haze.
