Pouring a deep, inky black, this decadent, viscous bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout showcases its four-year journey from brew day to bottling with every sip. Painstakingly aged in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels and conditioned on coconut and cacao nibs. The glass opens to complex flavors of charred wood, bourbon-soaked dried fruit, subtle smoke, dark chocolate, and tropical coconut. Long and lingering, with a harmonious blend of dark chocolate bitterness, coconut, and a bourbon-infused warmth.
A blend of one-, two-, and three-year-old wild ale batches naturally fermented in ex-chardonnay barrels and conditioned on fresh apricots with two key ingredients: trust and patience. Bright and fruity with fresh apricot bursting forward. Subtle notes of tart lemon, farmhouse funk, and wild yeast esters add complexity. Hints of earthy oak and a mild floral undertone.
