The expressive Belgian yeast was allowed to ferment under stressful conditions, lending notes of banana and a hint of bubblegum to compliment the gentle wheat tang, mellow spice, and subtle finish of fresh oranges. Crisp and light bodied with a gentle haze.

Gently kettle soured and conditioned on mountains of fresh pineapple. The kettle sour adds a delicate tartness, and the residual sweetness makes this one just like drinking pineapple juice (except better) *contains lactose
