Whether you are a professional brewer or a home brewer, we encourage you to brew and share this beer. We ask you to globally source as much as possible, as this is about showing what the world can create if we work together. For our version, Invertase sourced ingredients from The United States, Germany, England, Canada, France, and Australia to name a few.

We don’t know your equipment or your process, so this recipe is a general starting point. We encourage you to get as creative as possible.

One Beautiful Globe - Double New England Style IPA

Starting Gravity: 1.077

Target alcohol: 8% Alc/vol

Target calculated hot- side bitterness: 45 IBU

Grist:

75% Base malt of your choice – We chose a 50/50 blend of Pilsner malt and domestic 2-row

15% Flaked oats

5% Golden naked oats

3% Honey malt

2% Dextrin malt

Mash to target 1.015 FG

Boil:

60 min. bittering addition of your favorite high alpha acid bittering hop - 20 IBU’s 

Flameout equal parts Citra, Vic secret – 24 IBU’s total

Ferment with your favorite NEIPA strain or blend at a pitch rate and temperature to yield complementary tropical notes.

Dry hop equal parts Citra/ Vic Secret 3.2lbs/bbl total.

If your process and equipment allow, we encourage you to carbonate this beer with reclaimed Co2.
